Over the past 15+ years working with some multi-national organizations, I’ve led national teams, built new service models, and helped organizations connect strategy to execution online, in stores, and everywhere in between. My career has spanned customer experience, operations, and workforce strategy, but the throughline has always been simple: deliver results people can feel.
